Returns and Refunds
Norcalgenetics.com offers a 100% refund on all orders prior to shipping. We do not offer refunds on any orders for any reasons at all after they have shipped. Only in the event that a product has been damaged or is faulty will Norcalgenetics.com consider offering a replacement order at their sole discretion. We do not offer returns for any reason at all.
Norcalgenetics.com takes a photograph of every order before they are shipped, therefore if you receive the incorrect product(s) or the seeds are damaged, we will offer a replacement at our sole discretion and will only consider a replacement after a customer provides sufficient photographic evidence. In the event that Norcalgenetics.com confirms that we have made a mistake, then we will re-ship a replacement product(s) free of charge.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU SEND PACKAGES BACK TO US. PACKAGES WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO SENDER.
Seeds
Norcalgenetics.com does not offer any returns for any reason at all, you may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before shipping. A photo is taken of every order before shipment, if you receive a shipment and the wrong product is sent to you, please send us an email with a photo of the items in your shipment. Upon confirmation of the pre-shipping photo shows you were sent the wrong product, we will send you the correct product free of charge.
Please do not send any products back to us as the package will be refused and returned to sender.
Merchandise
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).
We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. We do not refund returns for products or size exchanges.
Clones
If your plant arrives dead on arrival or is unviable, we will replace it or find a suitable substitute, at our discretion.
A photo is taken of every order before shipment, if you receive a shipment and the wrong product is sent to you, or a plant arrives dead on arrival or is unviable, please send us an email with a photo of the items in your shipment and a brief description of what was wrong with your order. Upon confirmation of the pre-shipping photo shows you were sent the wrong or unviable product, we will send you the correct product or a suitable substitute free of charge.
We will only honor replacements up to 24 hours after the parcel has been marked as delivered by the postal service. Beyond that, we will assume that the package has been delivered successfully.
